1. Introduction

VisioDock (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: Your email address and, where provided, name and profile picture via Google OAuth.
  • Usage data: Feature interactions, generation history, and credit balance to operate and improve the service.
  • Uploaded content: Images you upload for processing are stored temporarily in our cloud storage and deleted per our retention policy.
  • Generated images: AI-generated outputs are stored so you can download them from your history.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, operate, and improve the VisioDock service.
  • To authenticate your account and manage your session securely.
  • To process payments via Dodo (our Merchant of Record).
  • To send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmation, billing receipts).
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Payment Data & Dodo

We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Dodo, our Merchant of Record. Dodo operates under its own privacy policy and is responsible for the security of your payment information. We receive only a transaction reference and subscription status from Dodo.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
  • Cloudflare — CDN, storage (R2), and serverless compute (Workers).
  • fal.ai — AI image generation processing. Images you submit may be processed by fal.ai infrastructure.
  • Google Gemini and OpenAI — when you enable BYOK on a paid plan, prompts, images, and generation requests are sent to the provider you selected.
  • Dodo — payment processing and tax compliance.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. Uploaded source images are deleted after processing. Generated images are retained in your history until you delete them or close your account. On account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.

7. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy
