1. Service Description

VisioDock (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI-powered visual generation tools, including AI image generation and editing, screenshot mockup generation, and supported BYOK workflows with connected providers. By accessing or using VisioDock you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use VisioDock to generate, distribute, or store content that:

• Is illegal under any applicable law or regulation
• Depicts or promotes violence, abuse, or harm to any person
• Is sexually explicit or adult in nature
• Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening toward any individual or group
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Constitutes spam, phishing, or fraudulent material

Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Credit System

VisioDock uses a credit-based system to access AI generation features:

• Free plan: 10 credits awarded on signup.
• Subscription credits (Pro / Max plans) are allocated at the start of each billing period and reset on renewal. Unused subscription credits are forfeited upon cancellation or plan downgrade.
• Top-up credits purchased separately never expire and carry over indefinitely.
• Credits are consumed when an AI generation job starts, regardless of the output quality.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed by Dodo, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription or top-up pack, you authorise Dodo to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule. Dodo handles applicable taxes in all jurisdictions.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload to VisioDock. Images generated using our AI tools are granted to you under a non-exclusive licence for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms and any applicable content restrictions. We retain no rights to your generated images beyond those required to operate the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisioDock and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of VisioDock after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
