Refund Policy

1. Consumed Credits
Credits that have been consumed to generate images are non-refundable. Once an AI generation job begins, credits are deducted from your balance and the computational resources are engaged. We are therefore unable to refund credits for completed or attempted generations, regardless of the output quality.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period. Your plan remains active until the end of the current period, after which it will not renew.
3. Yearly Subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the subscription term, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- No credits from the current billing period have been consumed. If any credits have been used, no refund will be issued.
After 14 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable.
4. Top-up Credit Packs
Top-up credit packs are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. Unused top-up packs may be eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and no credits have been consumed, at our sole discretion.
5. Cancelled Subscription Credits
Subscription credits that have not been used at the time of cancellation are forfeited and are not eligible for refund or transfer.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase. Include your account email address and the transaction reference from your Dodo receipt.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
All payments are processed by Dodo, our Merchant of Record. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled by Dodo in accordance with their Merchant of Record policies. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback, as disputes may result in account suspension.
8. Service Outages
In the event of a significant, extended service outage caused by us (more than 24 hours of downtime in a billing period), we may, at our discretion, issue credit compensation. We do not guarantee refunds for service outages beyond our control (e.g., third-party AI provider issues).
